The question students are expected to answer is whether Abraham Lincoln’s life and accomplishments are relevant to today’s generation. This college contest is available only to full-time students who are attending college in the United States.
Students interested in applying for this essay writing scholarship must have been enrolled in an accredited postsecondary institution of higher education in the spring semester of 2008 in order to apply for this award. The deadline is July 1 of each year. Three prizes of $250, $500, and $1,000 have been awarded each year since 1999.
